EU Selling Toolkit: What to Use Free and When to Buy a Pack

2026-10-05

Use the free tools to organize your product information and workflow. Use a paid product pack when you need the bundled product-specific documents and marketplace field outputs. Use Seller Pro when the recurring catalog workflow fits your needs. The seller workspace connects these steps without an account for its browser-based tools.

What can I do without an account?

Seven seller tools run in your browser without a signup or an AI processing charge. Prepare a launch plan, review an online listing checklist, create a product identity label layout, or keep a batch register and document index. The margin calculator uses your own costs; the pack comparison uses the existing checkout prices.

Inputs remain in your browser. Saving is optional. The workspace can export your saved tools as one JSON dossier and restore a validated dossier on another device. Keep the export in your own storage: device saving is not a cloud archive or a retention service.

What does a checklist result mean?

It records your confirmations, not an independent inspection of the product or live offer. The listing checklist groups the information addressed by GPSR Article 19: manufacturer contacts, responsible-person information where applicable, product identification and applicable safety information. Its additional evidence-note step helps your workflow; it is not presented as another statutory information group.

A checked box cannot establish that an address is correct, a warning is sufficient, or a responsible person's mandate covers your product. Revisit the actual listing and underlying evidence before treating the work as complete.

When does a paid pack make sense?

Choose a pack when the bundled outputs are the work you need, after reviewing the product's scope and missing information. The existing pack includes a risk assessment, safety information, technical file index, marketplace field text and label outputs. The service catalog explains the relevant parts of that bundle. It does not add a separate charge for each service page.

Current one-time prices are €14 for one product credit, €39 for five and €99 for twenty-five, before any applicable tax. Compare combinations before buying. For six products, five credits plus one credit cost €53; for eight, two five-credit packs cost €78. The comparison tool calculates combinations rather than assuming every extra product should use a single credit.

A credit provides a product pack within the supported workflow. It is not legal approval, a test report or an EU Responsible Person appointment. The existing product check and paid flow remain the place to review the actual product data.

When should I use Seller Pro?

Seller Pro suits the recurring catalog workflow: CSV import, shared manufacturer/RP data, per-SKU missing or review items, and bulk exports. The free catalog account supports up to five SKUs; Seller Pro supports up to 2,000. The subscription is separate from one-time pack comparisons. Check the current catalog offer and billing period before subscribing.

Start with one real product. Confirm the category is supported, assemble actual manufacturer and responsible-person details, and use the result to decide whether a one-time bundle or recurring workflow is appropriate. EUSellKit does not provide certification, laboratory testing, legal advice or responsible-person services.

Your next EU order shouldn't be a compliance gamble.
