Who we are

EUSellKit is built and operated by Cormindy (Canada). We build self-service compliance tooling for marketplace sellers who ship into the European Union — no sales calls, no consulting, just the documents and field texts the marketplaces ask for.

How the documents are generated

Documents are generated from data you enter and confirm, using a deterministic database of cited legal requirements (GPSR — Regulation (EU) 2023/988 — and related EU rules). No requirement is invented by an AI model: every check and every document cites its legal basis, and each pack records the rule-set version it was generated with. EUSellKit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
