What sellers generally need

For an in-scope product, the recurring core is: identify the manufacturer and product, keep an internal risk analysis and technical documentation, provide warnings in the target market's language, show the required information in the online offer, and have an EU-established responsible economic operator when required. Category-specific rules can add further duties. Verify every conclusion against the official Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
