EUSellKit is a software tool that generates documentation from data provided and confirmed by the seller, using a database of cited legal requirements. It is not a legal advisory service; generated documents do not constitute legal advice. The economic operator (seller/manufacturer) remains responsible for the accuracy of input data and for product compliance. The service is provided 'as is'; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we accept no liability for indirect damages. The product is digital content delivered immediately after payment; by purchasing you consent to immediate performance and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, waive any right of withdrawal. Subject to mandatory law, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a technical failure prevents your pack from being generated, the charge is cancelled. Merchant of record: Cormindy (Canada).
